NAIA SWIM does not offer refunds and will only accommodate exchanges or store credit. We will happily accept bikinis purchased from NAIA SWIM in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a store credit.
All returned/exchanged item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached and sanitary stickers remaining in place.
NAIA SWIM reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our returns policy.
You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a store credit. Please note; discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Please note that NAIA SWIM is a limited range swimwear line. We like to introduce fresh styles and new colours as often as possible therefore we have limited styles, sizes and colours after every collection drop so specific colours/sizes/styles are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of exchange.
Please take note to the photographs for accurate colour, fit and please reference the size chart to best ensure your suit will be the right fit! We understand fit is important and we want you to feel confident, so we are happy to help you with the exchange process!
How to Return:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your suit informing us you want to return or exchange it.
- Upon receiving your request and approving the exchange/return, we will provide address details for the exchange/return.
- Send your unworn suit to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive your suit and confirm that it hasn’t been worn, we will issue you a store credit via email or help you with the exchange process!
Please note that NAIA SWIM does not cover any exchange shipping and handling costs and cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned for exchange. We recommend using a registered post service providing a tracking number to ensure your successful exchange.
How long will my return/exchange take to process?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and for the store credit to be issued. Once we have received your exchange and it has been inspected, we will do our best to send your desired exchange within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchanged item(s). For international customers (customers outside of the United States and Canada), it will take approximately 1-2 weeks for your exchange shipment to arrive back to you.
